Incredibly pleased. My husband recently inherited a 14 year old car from his grandmother that only had 47k miles on it. Impact gave us an appointment for the same week I called, had a very friendly and knowledgable front desk staff, excellent mechanics who did the work, and didn't try and nickel and dime or talk us into needless repairs. They told us in order of what needed to be done the most and then did it the same day once we agreed. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them!
